Well, while I’m not advocating it, it’s certainly not illegal. In fact, the Supreme Court has ruled that it is well within a person’s First Amendment rights to burn the flag as it is symbolic expression. The First Amendment, which doesn’t protect us from being offended, exists primarily to protect speech that is unpopular.

Those kids that thought it was so neat to burn the American Flag should be arrested…or better yet, deported…
